I already had NHS hearing aids and I didn’t think there could be any further improvement: I was so wrong!! I am so glad that I contacted David Roche because my new hearing aids have, quite literally, transformed my life. On my first appointment, David examined my ears to discover the reasons for my hearing loss. He then ran through a series of diagnostic tests to assess exactly which sounds my ears were not processing satisfactorily. He supplied and programmed my new hearing aids with the utmost care. Every appointment has been carried out with courtesy, patience, professionalism and, I have to say, kindness too. It’s lovely to be helped by someone with a smile! I now feel that I have a real, practical solution to my hearing loss. My only regret is not seeing David sooner!

My lovely wife’s hearing has been deteriorating over many years and eventually it reached a point where we were both finding the loss a nuisance. Plan A was the NHS. With the very old technology they were allowed to use, the hearing aids they provided were not much good. Cheshire Hearing Centres was recommended to us and I went with my wife for her first appointment. What a revelation! David was really switched on from the very first moment and was both extremely welcoming and incredibly thorough. He also had access to the very latest in hearing aid technology. The end result has been an immense transformation in my wife’s hearing and, it has to be said, a huge improvement in both our lives.

Truly excellent service. I've had hearing aids from them too with a great and personalised service. Audiology measurements explained clearly and staff easily contactable for any queries. I felt to be in good hands.
