The practice manager, Richard, was so friendly and helpful and made me an appointment within two days. The Audiologist, Jakob, was very friendly, professional and carried out a very thorough examination, explaining my problem and advising me of my options. I was very emotional and overwhelmed by the difference they made. I have a few follow up appointments to ensure everything is going well and will continue to have hearing health checks with them periodically. It’s an independent local business and I feel so well cared for. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring professional team.

Patrycia is superb, very caring, professional and clearly knows her job. So to the hearing aids themselves, I now only have to turn my TV volume down by half the same. I can have a conversation in a car going down a motorway that I could never have had before with the other hearing aids from the other stores. To close I went to party in a quite small garden with live music and about 60 other people. I sat at one end of a table talking to a guy at the other end of the table with no problem whatsoever even though other people were around the table talking. These hearing aids are 110/100 and I would unreservedly recommend South Wales Hearing Health.
