Absolutely Brilliant! Leigh has the great ability of profiling his client and adapting his support to suit them. He diagnosed my long-term losses immediately and was spot on with the correction needed, the best hardware to enable it and guidance on how to cope with the initial sensory overload. He's very open to help long-term, a true service rather than big brand high-street box selling. You certainly get what you pay for, and to be honest its a very reasonable price. My only question, why did I leave it so long to get sorted? 😀

I was greeted by Leigh in a very professional yet welcoming office. It felt like chatting to a friend who genuinely cared and guided me through every stage. The hearing test was thorough, I was shocked to learn I was deaf—the stigma of “hearing aids” immediately came to mind. But Leigh showed me a wide range of options, man these things can be discreet / invisible. I ordered mine and came back for a professional fitting. The results were LIFE CHANGING! Everything I was missing but did not realise was back: road noise, footsteps on carpet, even the click of a BMW indicator! The aids can hardly be seen and 99% of people have no idea I wear them, and now I feel part of every conversation instead of sitting quietly. I can even take phone calls directly —modern technology is amazing.

I have had a hearing aid supplied by Leigh for over a year now. It’s been so good in social situations where my hearing loss was a real problem. Leigh has been very professional in helping me adjust to the hearing aid with lots of good advice. I appreciate his ability to explain the technicalities without unnecessary jargon.
