I have been with Deepak and Hearing Well for 5+ years and the support he and his team have provided to me during that time has been excellent. He explains very fully and professionally what can be expected from hearing aids and is very thorough when it comes to testing and fine tuning the aids to meet my particular needs. On those occasions where there have been issues with the hearing aids he has been very responsive and accessible, including working with Starkey to address a problem I was having with one of the aids. Deepak has great team. I was concerned about my hearing as I had tinnitus on and off in one ear. Got an appointment booked with Abid who was very patient to hear my concerns and addressed them. He explained everything about tinnitus and hearing loss. He cleared some wax and did a hearing test. It was a very satisfying experience and reduced the unnecessary stress I had. Thank you so much.
