I would recommend Just Hearing without hesitation. Hayley has been wonderful working with my elderly parents who live in a care home. She is exceptionally kind and understanding – my father has dementia and her manner is amazing. I have been using Just Hearing for over 20 years and the service has always been very good. Hayley has been extremely helpful and informative and my new hearing aids which she prescribed about one year ago have made such a difference and cheered me up enormously when I was beginning to give up hope of being able to cope in social situations. She provided very detailed information about different aids and which most suit my type of hearing loss including advice on additional aids such as multiple direction microphone and using the Bluetooth facility on my phone. The aftercare is also excellent with the aids being adjusted to changes in my hearing. Worth every penny!
